The 3 highs (hyperglycemia, hypertension and hyperlipidemia) are the major risk factors for chronic kidney disease. If you have related chronic diseases, please consult a doctor and take good control of them. In order to avoid kidney problems, you should pay attention to water intake, eat a light diet, and avoid high-protein diet. In the meantime, avoid long-term use of certain painkillers and unknown folk remedies. If a kidney problem is found, you should come to our nephrology clinic for further evaluation and treatment.
