* Reminder from Dr. Cheng:

Mental health is just as important as physical health! If you have been feeling stressed, exhausted, depressed, anxious, or experiencing insomnia for a long time—or if you often feel irritable or emotionally unstable—these may be signs of inner suffering. For older adults, noticeable memory decline that interferes with daily life may be an early sign of dementia, and it is advisable to consult a professional as early as possible. Psychiatry focuses not only on illness, but also on the person behind the illness. Both medication and non-medication treatments are equally important. We welcome everyone to consult with a psychiatrist for further evaluation and discussion.
