The clinical presentations of infectious diseases include systemic and local symptoms. Given fever is an important indicator for infection, we can measure our temperatures once we feel ill. However, the etiologies of fever and the causing pathogens of infections are diverse. Additionally, antibiotics are only prescribed for treatment of bacterial infections. When you have fever, please visit your doctor, instead of taking antibiotics by yourselves.
