Common symptoms of blood disorders include a pale appearance, palpitations, abnormal bleeding or bruising, swollen gums, bone pain, hepatosplenomegaly, lymph node enlargement, jaundice, unexplained lumps or weight loss, and fever of unknown origin. Additionally, abnormal blood test results, such as unusually high or low blood cell counts, may indicate an issue.
