When facing a pandemic disease, it is not uncommen to feel stressed and annoyed. You can try to comfort yourself with following instructions: Sense of safty: Be sure to wear a facial mask while going out and sanitize appropraitely. Avoid receiving too much information about the COVID-19. Make yourself feel safe both physically and emotionally. Calm down: Try to relax yourself with appropriate ways, such as listiening to the music, meditation, or apply some essential oil. Sense of self-efficacy: While encountering changes in the work environment or lifestyle, try to figure out a new norm for yourself. Find something that you want to invest in and don’t forget to praise yourself whenever you accomplish something. Connectedness: Even though we can’t meet people face to face. We can still get in touch with them through the phone or social media. Hope: Be hopeful! Every cloud has a silver lining. The last but not the least is learning to be with alone. Observe yourself carefully about the changes in your body and mind. Take care of yourself the way you take care of your beloved.
