Radiation therapy is an important modality in the treatment of cancers, like chemotherapy or surgery. About 50% of all cancer patients would need to receive radiation therapy during their treatment. However, the treatment course usually takes several weeks to complete, and during this process the patient may experience some side effects and discomfort. It is therefore imperative that all parties involved to be in good spirits and work together. With the advent of radiation techniques and equipments, our multidisciplinary team will continue to provide the most optimal treatments.
