According to 2018 Dietary Guidelines for Taiwanese, balanced diet, regular physical activity and drinking water are all very important for health. The WHO issued Global Recommendations on Physical Activity for health in 2010: 1.Adults and elderly should do at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity throughout the week or do at least 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic physical activity throughout the week or an equivalent combination of moderate- and vigorous-intensity activity. 2.Muscle-strengthening activities involving major muscle groups should be done on 2 or more days a week. Nutrient timing has been a hot topic in sports and exercise nutrition. Choosing the right food at the right time can enhance sport performance. Eating a healthy balanced diet and regular exercise can improve our health and reduce the risk of developing several diseases. Let’s do our best for our health!
